Albana di Romagna raisin wine Solara Celli 2014

Albana di Romagna docg passito Solara Celli 2014. Alcohol content 12.5% of vol. 100% Albana grapes.  The grapes are harvested in small crates and placed in the fruit room for 45/60 days. After fermentation, the wine ages in barriques for 8/10 months. Beautiful bright and sparkling amber colour. Dense. Intense aromas of honey, peach syrup, sweet spices, candied citrus, dried apricot, candy, walnut and dry almond, light rhubarb candy. In the mouth it is velvety. Its sweetness is well balanced by freshness and flavour. Pleasant and very long finish. Let's combine it with blue cheese, "formaggio di fossa" or with fruit tart.
